Customized Yearly Training Schedule:
One time consultation, health questionnaire & fitness assessment profile. This organized overview of your yearly training schedule is based upon your objectives & goals and races. $250.00.

One-on-One Training Programs:
A totally personalized coaching program is established from your goals. Unlimited emails and phone calls are available to discuss your progress, your ever changing needs, and to keep you motivated and on track. Adjustments to your plan are made on an on-going basis. There is a one-time Start-Up Fee of $250.00 which covers the cost of setting up your annual training plan, your profile, establishing your initial training zones and providing you with reference material. Mountain Bike and Cycling Training Programs :

This personalized coaching program is designed to help you meet your training and racing goals. Unlimited emails and weekly telephone sessions are provided to discuss your progress and needs. Adjustments to your plan are made on a weekly basis. There is a one-time Start-Up Fee of $250.00 which covers the cost of setting up your annual training plan, your profile, establishing your initial training zones and providing you with reference material. Running Training Programs: This program is designed to provide you with daily workouts that help you achieve your specific training/race goals. This program is ideal for those not needing as much personalized attention on a regular basis. A review of your progress occurs every four weeks and your next block of training is developed based upon how well you are responding to the program. There is a one-time Start-Up Fee of $200.00 which covers the cost of setting up your annual training plan, your profile, establishing your initial training zones and providing you with reference material.
