  1. Entry level athletes & beginners
    Training plans are specifically designed for:
    • individuals who are training for their first triathlon or race
    • the athlete new to structured training
    • individuals whose primary goals include; finishing their event, enjoying the experience, and avoiding injury
    • individuals who need instruction about the basic techniques and skills of swim/bike/run.

  2. Intermediate or advanced level athletes
    Training plans are specifically designed for:
    • athletes seeking to improve performance in triathlon (ie: power, speed, race results)
    • individuals who know the basics of the sport but want to:
      • improve your chances of winning
      • finish faster and stronger.
      • gain a strategic advantage over other competitors
      • make the most of appropriate nutrition and equipment choices
    • individuals who understand training and want to work with a coach so they can keep improving
    • athletes whose lifestyle and goals require:
      • training adjustments due to schedule changes
      • training adjustments prior to & post competitions
