Dorothy's approach to health & fitness and triathlon is progressive and interdisciplinary. As an exercise physiologist, Dorothy understands the demands that training and racing put on the body. Each training program is catered to an individual's needs (short- and long-term goals, experience, stress, and amount of time available for training) and fitness level.
