Cycling in the Hudson Valley
The Fats in the Cats Bicycle Club is a fun bunch of cyclists and mountain bikers that look for ways to foster cycling and community. The club organizes group rides and performs trail maintenance as well as giving back to the community.

Running Clubs in the Hudson Valley and the Berkshires
Onteora Runners Club. This club that runs for fun is located in the Mid-Hudson Valley of New York State, in the shadow of the Catskill Mountains and has 400 members.

Hudson Mohawk Road Runners Club. Albany New York's largest running organization with over 2,000 members. This club organizes nearly 30 running events a year at many different locations throughout the Capital District.

Hudson Valley Runner. A website resource created to keep runners and exercise enthusiasts up to date on news, races, results, training, ideas and other interesting tidbits in the Hudson Valley of New York.

Mid Hudson Road Runners Club. This friendly club is very similar to the Onteora Runners Club but covers the Poughkeepsie area.

The Taconic Road Runners Club has three women's teams which compete mostly in the NY/Metro area. There are no qualifying times, and they welcome women of all abilities!

Western Massachusettes Athletic Club is based in the Berkshire County area and is active all year round with trail running, snowshoeing, road racing, mountain running, bicycling, and whatever may interest their members.
