For those of you who want individualized personal training in a private setting, I am happy to offer Personal Strength & Training, Inc., a private, fully-appointed exercise studio and training center specializing in strength/weight training, post-rehab and therapeutic exercise.

During the past 8 years, I have worked with a vast clientele. My clients have ranged from 8 to 93 years of age. Goals have been just as diversed and include; rehab and therapeutic exercises for low back, shoulders and neck injuries, increasing muscular strength and endurance without the risk of injury, and sport-specific training.

Our approach to health and fitness is progressive and interdisciplinary. Before designing a training program we take into consideration any musculoskeletal, neurological, and biomechanical concerns. All exercise programs are then catered to your needs and goals.

As an exercise physiologist, it's my responsibility to know what exercises and training programs work for someone. Exercise intensity, duration, and frequency will vary according to an individual's level of fitness, long- and short-term goals, experience, stress, and amount of time available for training.

After assessing your current level of fitness and discussing your goals, I will then develop a comprehensive and individualized exercise/training program and work with you on an on-going basis. My goal is to inspire you to:

  • Improve your fitness
  • Achieve higher goals
  • Become more knowledgeable about your training program.

For those athletes located in the Hudson Valley, one-on-one personal strength training and core stability is available.
